Land use and development applications processed by the Planning Division are posted here. The Development Project Review Schedule maps out the review process from the date of filing an application through the public hearings that may be required. Applications are accepted at the Community Development permit counter from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday. Appointments are strongly encouraged for the applicant's convenience. Staff is also available by appointment for pre-application consultations.
