 | Employee Compensation Information For many years, the City of San Bernardino has provided public access to salary and benefit information through the City's website. Compensation tables for all positions including the City Manager and elected officials are updated regularly and posted under the Human Resources webpage. In addition, all Employee MOU's are also posted and available to the public. In an effort to continue fostering open communication and transparency, a chart has been developed listing the salaries and benefits for City Manager and Elected Officials for the organization.
