Sign up for a Summer Farmshare, Today!
The Healthy San Bernardino Coalition (HSBC) and Old Grove Orange continue to partner together to think outside the orange peel and improve access to healthy produce for residents and workers in San Bernardino. Starting on Thursday, July 10, and continuing weekly thereafter, Old Grove Orange will bring fresh and local produce to the community, from 11:30AM-1:30PM. Participating families and individuals have pre-paid for a season of locally grown fruits and vegetables called a“Farmshare.” All residents and workers in the City are encouraged to sign upfor a Farmshare (registration packet accessible here).

From toddlers, to teenagers, the working professional and those wise in years – this summer, the City of San Bernardino Parks & Recreation Department is dishing out some activities that are sure to delight. Set to kick off Memorial Weekend and through early November, there are swim classes, lunch programs, festivals, themed movie nights in the park and baseball games; there is something for everyone.

News ImageAquatics/Recreational Swimming Season Begins May 25th
Swim Season Begins May 24th at Jerry Lewis Swim Center. The pool will be open on weekends only until June 2nd then all pools will be open Monday-Sunday through September 1, 2014. For more information please go to the Parks & Recreation section under the tab for City Hall.
