Tot Time
This program is designed for children ages 2 - 5 who are toilet trained. A recreational and educational program for toddlers. Basic educational instruction, socialization skills, and recreational activities. Pre-registration is required.

Mommy & Me Class
For children ages 1 1/2 - 3 years of age. Mom's, this is your day to bring your child and interact with other mother's and their children playing structured and organized games, arts & crafts, dance, and much more! Pre-registration is required.

Youth Crafts
Spend an hour with us and take home a great craft project. Each week you will make a new project. Develop hand-eye coordination, learn to paint, and get creative. Projects include kaleidoscopes, dream catchers, rain sticks, and more. Pre-registration is required.

Introduction to Children's Theatre Acting Class
This course will open children's senses to social skills, memorization, and expression. The class centers around movement, mime, improvisation, and beginning dialog. There will also be a variety of different exercises that they will learn and demonstrate. At the end of this course, the class will perform in a skit or short play. This is a fun and exciting opening to the world of theatre.

Young Champions - Hip Hop & Modern Dance
This is a fun high-energy class where students learn the fundamentals of hip-hop and modern dance. Popular with both boys and girls, this program promotes artistic expression, movement, and teamwork in a fun, musical environment. Emphasis will be placed on coordination, rhythm, timing, and confidence. Dance to today's hottest music!

Young Champions - Self Defense and Self Awareness Education
This program combines safety awareness education with self-defense instruction in a fun, structured environment. Students are placed into classes according to age and ability. Students learn and practice verbal and physical skills for self-defense against "Bullies" and "strangers". Course content includes: breakaway techniques, techniques for close-contact (being grabbed), communication skills and confident posture. Weekly safety awareness information addresses the lures strangers use to attract and abduct children and teens! Students progress in rank and earn their belts!

Young Champions Cheerleading
Students learn arm motions, hand, leg, and feet formations and voice projection. Cheers, chants, and dance movements are taught with flair and enthusiasm by our experienced instructors. Students progress in cheering skills with each consecutive session they take. All students are invited to participate in a performance at the end of the session. Family and friends are invited to attend!

Roller Hockey
