 | The City Refuse & Recycling Division provides indoor recycling containers to businesses, organizations, schools, college campuses, and City government facilities that are receiving City Recycling Services. These containers are placed as stock is available at no additional charge for the collection of clean and dry recyclable materials to be collected by the City only. If containers are found being used for any other purpose, the City reserves the right to remove them immediately. If a container is defective, the City shall replace the container as stock is available. It is the responsibility of the customer to properly maintain and store containers. If containers need to be replaced for any other reason, regardless of whether they have been stolen, damaged, or misplaced, they City shall replace them at cost.
