Summer Reading Game at the San Bernardino Public Library Kicks off with 4 Events
The San Bernardino Public Library will hold their annual summer reading program from June 4 through August 4, 2016. This year's summer reading theme is READ FOR THE WIN. Children, teens, and adults are all able to participate to win prizes. Children and Teens will earn prizes by keeping track of minutes read, activities completed, and library events that are attended. Adults will be entered in drawings each time they visit the library and check out books and will also receive extra entries for attending library programs.

Sales of Safe and Sane fireworks begin at noon on Friday, July 1st, and run through midnight on Monday, July 4th. Please keep in mind that safe and sane fireworks can only be purchased at one of the designated fireworks booths permitted within the City of San Bernardino.
All fireworks, including "safe and sane", are illegal in areas north of the 210 freeway in the City of San Bernardino and subject to a $1000.00 fine...
