Cable TV-Channel 3 (TV3) has been providing unique Public, Educational and Government Access programming on two television channels to San Bernardino area cable television viewers for over 20 years.
Our Government and Educational Channel, "Channel 3," regularly provides a variety of locally produced government programming (such as LIVE coverage and replays of City Council and other municipal and regional-interest meetings), educational programming (such as City of Readers: Family Story time and Education Roundtable), informational programs (such as Inland Empire Alive!, San Bernardino's Most Wanted and Legal Issues), and entertainment programs (such as Jazz Connection, Gospel Time and numerous Community Specials).
San Bernardino City Council Meetings - Live coverage is scheduled on the first and third Mondays of each month, with replays on the "off" Mondays, plus all Saturdays at 3:00 p.m.; and Wednesday and Sunday afternoons at 6:00 p.m.

Our Public Access Channel, "Access San Bernardino" is your 24-hour connection to the creative talent of local Public Access producers, Interfaith Consortium programming, "Classic Arts Showcase", "California Channel" and "The Pentagon Channel".
Access San Bernardino Programming hours are as follows:
