Register for the 2018 Crime-free Multi-housing Program Training Class

A mandatory program for multi-housing unit rentals 4+

Attention multi-family rental property owners or managers! Ensure you are in compliance with the Crime Free Multi-Housing Municipal Code ordinance.

The City of San Bernardino Crime Free Multi-Housing ordinance (MC-1351) is mandatory for all multi-family (4 or more units) rental property owners and managers. The program consists of three phases: an 8-hour training class, inspection of the properties to verify implementation of Crime Prevention through Environmental Design (CPTED) elements, maintenance of CPTED standards and active participation in the Neighborhood Watch Program.

Not in compliance? Here's your chance to start the process. Register for the February 20, 2018 (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) training session hosted by the San Bernardino Police Department's Crime Free Multi-Housing Unit.
