Fred Shorett, a 3rd-generation San Bernardino resident and small businessman, was elected to represent the citizens of the 4th Ward in a Special Election in March of 2009.  He received more than 72% of the total vote.

Rikke Van Johnson

Rikke Van Johnson was elected to the City Council in November 2003 and was sworn in to represent the residents of the Sixth Ward of the City of San Bernardino on March 1, 2004.  He was re-elected to his third term on the City Council in November of 2011.  His current term will expire in March 2016.
