Pretreatment Regulations
The Environmental Control Section enforces pretreatment regulations contained in San Bernardino Municipal Code Chapter 13.32. Regulations include specific permitting requirements, inspection procedures and waste water discharge limitations. Appropriate enforcement actions as outlined in the Enforcement Response Plan are followed to maintain compliance with required standards.
