DEVELOPER-INSTALLED AGREEMENTS

The San Bernardino Municipal Water Department (SBMWD) requires Developer-Installed Agreements for extensions of water backbone infrastructure to developments or lands. The applicant must complete Exhibit "A" (Application for Developer-Installed Agreement/Water Plan Review Technical Information) of Rule and Regulation 20.

The Developer-Installed Checklist is comprised of seven phases. Submittals for each phase must be received by the SBMWD as one complete package.

CONVEYANCE SUBMITTAL PACKAGE

The attached files are go-by's of the Conveyance Submittal requirements (Phase 5 of the Developer-Installed Checklist). Projects will not be conveyed and will not receive beneficial use of water until all documents have been submitted and approved by SBMWD. All documents must be submitted as one complete package.
