2020-2025 - Housing & Community Development Survey

We need your voice! The City of San Bernardino is in the process of developing its Consolidated Plan, which will guide our community's housing and development priorities for the next five years. To ensure this plan reflects the needs and aspirations of our residents and stakeholders, we invite you to participate in our Housing & Community Development Survey.

Your input is essential in helping us identify key issues, set priorities, and make informed decisions that will improve the quality of life in our city. By sharing your thoughts, you have the opportunity to influence how resources are allocated and ensure that San Bernardino continues to grow and thrive.

Scan the QR code below or click here to take the survey: English Survey | Spanish Survey. You can also find hard-copy surveys at the City Clerk's Office, our Call Center, and at each City of San Bernardino Library and Senior Center.

Your participation will help shape the future of our community. Together, we can make a difference!
