San Bernardino, Calif. - On Friday, May 20, 2022, at about 11:53 pm, a shooting occurred at THA Blu Flame Lounge located at 3606 E. Highland Avenue #102 during a party that was advertised on social media platforms. Numerous callers called 911reporting that multiple people had been shot at the location. When officers arrived on scene they faced a very large crowd, many of whom were hysterical and uncooperative with officers, and initially it was difficult to determine what prompted the incident and how many people had been injured.

As the investigation continued, one victim was located deceased at the scene, and eight additional victims were identified. Some of these victims had self-transported to local hospitals prior to police arrival and were later contacted and interviewed.
